Refund Policy
The first payment (deposit) is fully refundable within 15 days of collection. Subsequent monthly payments become non-refundable 30 days after their due date. All trips are non-transferable. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process from the date of the request.
If the main desired destination becomes unavailable, the trip will be postponed to a later date(s). If you cannot attend the new dates, we will offer you the option to go on your own. Any cancellation request under these circumstances will follow the standard refund/cancellation policy.
